Start a conversation senior leaders want to have.
esynergy is a technology consultancy working across data, platforms and AI. Reaching its market meant engaging leaders in financial services, insurance, public sector and not-for-profit organisations with a relevant reason to respond.
The programme target was 30 interested leads a month. The approach used events, podcasts, research and whitepaper contributions to open conversations around the audience’s expertise and priorities.
The Solution
Build the audience, the invitation and the handoff.
The first two weeks of the engagement went into onboarding: audience building, messaging and campaign setup. Live LinkedIn outreach then ran from 26 August to 15 October 2026, a seven-week campaign period.
Separate the audiences. Shape research and invitations around the sectors esynergy serves.
Give each conversation a purpose. Invite relevant leaders to contribute to events, podcasts, whitepapers and focused research.
Keep campaign context. Record the campaign and the reply so esynergy can continue the conversation with the right next step.

August contributed 2 leads over six days and October contributed 19 through 15 October. Seventeen people shared a direct email address.
