A B2B appointment setting company finds the right buyers for you, starts the conversation by phone, email or LinkedIn, qualifies interest and puts a meeting on your sales team's calendar. You pay for the research, the outreach and the people doing it. What you actually want is something narrower: meetings with buyers who fit, who show up and who can move a deal forward. This guide ranks the 10 appointment setting companies B2B buyers ask Google and AI assistants about most in 2026, with what each one does, public pricing where it exists and the results each firm publishes.

I run frontBrick, so we are first on this list, and I am saying that up front. Everything about the other nine comes from their own websites, checked on 2 November 2026. When a firm publishes a number, I attribute it to them. When a firm does not publish pricing, I say so instead of guessing.

How we picked and ranked these companies

The shortlist started with the firms that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers name most often when buyers ask who to hire for outbound meetings. frontBrick tracks those answers every day across 30 prompts and 6 AI engines, so the list reflects who buyers are actually being shown. We then checked the first page of Google for "b2b appointment setting companies" and kept only firms that sell appointment setting as a service. Directories, software vendors and lead list sellers are not on the list.

Each company was then judged on five things a buyer can check without a sales call:

Criterion What we looked for
Qualification A written definition of a qualified meeting, agreed before launch, and whether the firm reports held meetings or only booked ones
Targeting and data How the list is built and whether the outreach has a real reason behind it
Channel discipline Sender rules for email, respectful LinkedIn use and compliant calling
Transparency Public pricing, or at least a clear pricing model
Proof Named case studies with numbers, attributed to a client and a time period

If you are still deciding whether to outsource at all, our guide to outsourced sales and marketing covers the build versus buy decision, and our breakdown of outsourced lead generation models explains how appointment setting differs from buying lists or a full outbound program.

1. frontBrick

frontBrick homepage
frontBrick homepage, captured 2 November 2026

frontBrick is an SDR agency for B2B SaaS companies, marketing agencies and B2B service firms. We do appointment setting differently from most of this list. Instead of a big calling floor, senior GTM engineers build every target list in Clay, enrich it through a waterfall of data providers and score accounts on signals such as hiring, funding, leadership changes and new technology. Each email and LinkedIn message has a reason behind it, and every interested reply goes to your team with the research, the conversation history and the agreed next step.

Pricing is public. Managed cold email with complimentary LinkedIn outreach starts at $3,000 per month for one 60 day cycle, longer partnerships start at $4,500 per month and ABM programs start at $7,000 per month. Data, sending infrastructure and tools are included. Everything is on our pricing page.

Proof: for Hire with Jarvis, a focused campaign reached 4,636 prospects over 2.5 months. A 3% reply rate, with 25.4% of replies positive, created 35 qualified opportunities and $700K in pipeline (pipeline, not closed revenue). For Prediction Guard, 214 messaged leads produced 103 replies and 70 interested leads between 16 September and 16 October 2026. More examples are on our case studies page.

Best for: teams that care more about who is in the meeting than how many meetings are booked, and that want to see every assumption in the price before signing.

2. Belkins

Belkins homepage
Belkins homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Belkins is one of the largest B2B lead generation agencies and the firm AI assistants mention most often in our tracking. Its appointment setting service uses a multitouch approach: research, verified data, email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls, with follow up to confirm meetings. Belkins says it has booked meetings for B2B professionals in 50+ industries since 2017, and its appointment setting page promises 20 monthly meetings.

Belkins reports that its clients achieve 50% to 200% growth in pipeline volume and an annual ROI of 599%, and it says its outreach yields 100 to 400 annual appointments with decision makers. Pricing: the page lists an average starter price from $5,000 with 1,500 leads per month. Best for: established B2B companies that want a large full service team and have the budget for it.

3. SalesHive

SalesHive homepage
SalesHive homepage, captured 2 November 2026

SalesHive runs lead generation, cold calling, cold email and appointment setting for B2B teams with US based SDRs and its own AI platform. Each client gets a sales strategist who owns targeting and messaging, SDRs who make the calls and send the emails, an AI email responder and an operations team that keeps lists clean.

SalesHive reports 106K+ qualified meetings booked, counted from client records since 2016, and it is careful to say these are recorded bookings, not attendance or closed revenue. One insurance client went from 77 to 189 meetings a year between 2023 and 2025, with 596 meetings over nearly four years. Pricing is a single flat monthly fee covering the team, data and tools, with no setup fees, month to month or annual plans, and nothing owed until you approve the launch. Best for: buyers who want a low commitment start and a phone heavy program.

4. CIENCE

CIENCE homepage
CIENCE homepage, captured 2 November 2026

CIENCE books qualified sales meetings for B2B teams. Its SDRs call, email, use LinkedIn and work with your own website traffic, and when a buyer fits, the meeting goes on your calendar. CIENCE says it has served 2,500+ B2B clients over 10+ years and that a typical SDR books 5 to 20+ qualified meetings a month, depending on industry and target.

The pricing model is the most results linked on this list: a fixed monthly fee plus a commission for each held meeting, month to month with no long contract. Proof: CIENCE reports 110 qualified meetings in 6 months for a client whose target was 8 a month, and 227 appointments in 4 months on a program across APAC, Europe and the US. Best for: buyers who want part of the cost tied to meetings that actually happen.

5. SalesRoads

SalesRoads homepage
SalesRoads homepage, captured 2 November 2026

SalesRoads is a US appointment setting firm built around phone conversations. It says it has 19+ years of experience and that its SDRs average 5 to 10 years of sales and appointment setting experience. The launch process is unusually transparent: a two hour deep dive in week one, a playbook, a five day SDR training program with a live role play, and calling that starts on day 16.

SalesRoads is also one of the few firms that publishes prices. Its page shows plans at $6,950 and $9,500 per 4 weeks and states that high quality appointment setting starts around $12,000 per month and scales with team size. Proof: it reports setting 937 appointments for the AchieveIt team. Best for: complex B2B sales where a skilled caller makes the difference.

6. Callbox

Callbox homepage
Callbox homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Callbox is a B2B lead generation agency that uses AI to find and prioritize accounts and people to make the calls, qualify interest and book meetings. It coordinates email, LinkedIn and phone in one campaign and positions itself for complex sales, account based programs, multi region outreach with local language requirements and event follow up.

Callbox's published case studies include 146 sales appointments over 12 months for a US logistics and supply chain company, plus 70 sales qualified leads in 4 months for an enterprise managed services provider. It notes that each result reflects a specific campaign, not a forecast. Pricing is on request. Best for: companies selling into several countries or languages that want one coordinated program.

7. Memory Blue

Memory Blue homepage
Memory Blue homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Memory Blue is a sales development firm focused on technology companies. It now describes its service as revenue development, with SDR, ADR and AE services across the full deal cycle. Every rep goes through a 12 step hiring process and a six week training academy before working on a client account.

Two things stand out. First, Memory Blue offers an audition to hire model, so you can hire the reps who worked on your account onto your own team. Second, it publishes a live feed of client scores from 1 to 10 for meetings its reps set. Pricing is on request. Best for: enterprise tech teams that want outsourced SDRs now and an option to bring the function in house later.

8. Punch!

Punch homepage
Punch homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Punch! is a full funnel outbound agency for mid market and enterprise B2B companies. Its appointment setting service puts SDRs on the phone within four weeks, with a qualification standard, a manager listening to calls and a 90 day rolling contract. Punch says that if month one puts nothing in front of your AEs, you do not pay for it.

It combines calling with signal triggered email, LinkedIn, one to one microsites, handwritten postcards and one to one ads. Punch reports $41M in qualified pipeline in the first year for Ephesus and $690,000 of pipeline in the first few months for Sojourn, with meetings at a £13bn global food producer. Pricing is on request. Best for: ABM programs that want calls supported by physical and personalized touches.

9. Leadium

Leadium homepage
Leadium homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Leadium runs full service appointment setting through email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting. Its differentiator is data: Leadium says its research team builds 100% human sourced and validated contact data, using software, public and private sources and the open web to find people databases miss. It also offers inbound lead response with a speed to lead of under 5 minutes.

Leadium says 500+ sales leaders, marketers and founders trust it to drive revenue, and it publishes a case study library and a pricing page. Best for: niche or hard to reach markets where the main risk is a bad list.

10. Martal Group

Martal Group homepage
Martal Group homepage, captured 2 November 2026

Martal Group is a B2B lead generation agency and sales development partner that combines onshore sales executives with AI and business data. Its homepage says it has 200+ onshore sales executives and 15 years in business. Appointment setting runs across phone, email and LinkedIn, and Martal publishes detailed guidance on measuring held meetings, sales acceptance and pipeline per meeting instead of activity counts.

Martal publishes named case studies, including Awin, Clickworker and Berger Levrault. Pricing is on request. Best for: B2B companies that want an established partner with named references and North American coverage.

What does B2B appointment setting cost?

Appointment setting is priced in three common ways, and the model changes what the agency is motivated to do.

Pricing model How it works Watch out for
Monthly retainer A fixed fee for a team, data and tools. frontBrick from $3,000, Belkins from $5,000, SalesRoads from $6,950 per 4 weeks Make sure the retainer names the deliverables, not just activity
Retainer plus per meeting fee A lower fixed fee plus a commission per held meeting, as CIENCE describes Agree in writing what counts as held and qualified
Pure pay per appointment You pay only for booked meetings Strong incentive to book anyone who will say yes, so show rates and fit often suffer

Whichever model you choose, budget for the time your AEs spend in meetings. A cheap meeting with the wrong person is the most expensive thing an appointment setting company can sell you. Our guide to the best cold email agencies compares email focused providers if you want a program with less calling.

How to choose an appointment setting company

I have sat on both sides of these conversations, as a buyer of outbound and as the person running it. The questions below separate firms that book meetings that hold from firms that book meetings that look good on a report.

  1. Ask for their definition of a qualified meeting. It should name the company size, role, use case and timing you agreed, and it should be written into the contract.
  2. Ask whether they report held meetings or booked meetings. Booked meetings are easy to inflate. Held meetings and sales accepted opportunities are what pay for the program.
  3. Ask how the list is built. You want to hear about account fit and signals, not "we pull titles from a database".
  4. Ask how they protect your domains and brand. For email, that means dedicated sending domains and compliance with the Google email sender guidelines and Yahoo sender best practices. For LinkedIn, it means staying inside the LinkedIn Professional Community Policies. For US calling, it means checking numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry where the rules apply.
  5. Ask who will actually do the work. Names, experience and how many clients each SDR handles at once.
  6. Ask for the first 90 days in writing. Launch date, first meetings, and what happens if month one produces nothing.

Red flags to avoid

Red flag Why it matters
Guaranteed meeting numbers before they know your market The firm will optimize for the number, not the buyer
No written qualification criteria You cannot dispute a bad meeting
Shared sending domains or your main domain used for cold email One bad campaign can damage your company's email
Long lock in with no performance review You pay for months after you know it is not working
Case studies with no client, period or metric definition You cannot check the claim

FAQ

What is a B2B appointment setting company?

A B2B appointment setting company runs outreach to your target buyers by phone, email or LinkedIn, qualifies their interest against criteria you agree, and books meetings directly on your sales team's calendar.

How much do appointment setting services cost?

Public prices in this guide range from $3,000 per month at frontBrick to $6,950 per 4 weeks at SalesRoads, with Belkins listing an average starter price from $5,000. SalesRoads states that high quality programs start around $12,000 per month and scale with team size.

Is pay per appointment better than a retainer?

Not usually. Pay per appointment rewards volume, so meeting quality and show rates tend to drop. A retainer with written qualification criteria, or a retainer plus a fee per held meeting, aligns the agency with meetings that actually move deals.

How long until an appointment setting company books the first meetings?

Most programs need 3 to 6 weeks. SalesRoads says calling starts on day 16, SalesHive says most clients launch in about three weeks, and email programs need time to warm new sending domains first.

How many meetings should I expect per month?

It depends on your market and deal size. CIENCE says a typical SDR books 5 to 20+ qualified meetings a month, and Belkins promises 20 monthly meetings. Judge the number against how many of those meetings become opportunities.

Should I choose phone or email led appointment setting?

Choose phone when your buyers answer calls and the sale needs a live conversation early, for example in logistics or insurance. Choose email and LinkedIn when you sell to busy software and agency buyers who respond better to a relevant, researched message.

Which appointment setting company is best for B2B SaaS?

For SaaS teams that want research and signals behind every meeting, frontBrick is built for that. For a larger multichannel team, Belkins and CIENCE are common choices. Use the questions above to test any firm you shortlist.
