A B2B sales agency runs outsourced sales development for you: research, outreach, qualification and the handoff of qualified conversations to your closers. That usually means some mix of SDR work, cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach and, at the fuller end of the market, sales outsourcing that covers more of the desk than top of funnel alone. This guide ranks the 10 B2B sales agencies buyers shortlist most often in 2026, with what each firm actually sells, who it fits, published pricing where it exists and the proof each firm reports about itself.

I run frontBrick, so we are first on this list, and I want that to be clear before you read on. Everything about the other nine comes from their own websites, checked on 6 November 2026. When a firm publishes a number, I attribute it to them. When a firm does not publish a price, I say so instead of guessing. None of the other agencies are linked, because this is a buyer's guide, not a link exchange.

This list is about B2B sales agencies: firms that sell outsourced sales development, outsourced sales teams or multichannel outbound sales execution. It is not a ranking of LinkedIn Ads specialists, pure cold email shops or ABM strategy consultancies. We already cover those in separate guides. Overlap with appointment setting firms is fine when the agency's pitch is broader sales outsourcing. Where a firm is stronger on one channel, I say so.

Key takeaways

What is a B2B sales agency?

A B2B sales agency is a partner that owns some or all of your top of funnel sales motion so your account executives can spend more time closing. The core deliverable is usually a qualified meeting or a sales ready conversation. The stronger programs also own list building, messaging, channel mix, CRM hygiene and the weekly tuning that makes the next week better than the last.

The category sits between three adjacent offers. Appointment setting is the narrowest: book the meeting and hand it over. Outsourced SDR programs add dedicated reps, coaching and a playbook. Full sales outsourcing can go further into inside sales or even AE support. HubSpot's sales statistics roundup is a useful reminder of how much of a rep's week still goes to research and admin rather than live selling. That is the work most buyers are trying to buy back when they hire a sales agency.

Buyers also mix this category up with demand generation and ABM. Demand generation builds awareness with the much larger group of buyers who are not in market yet. The LinkedIn B2B Institute's 95:5 rule puts a number on it: only about 5% of buyers in a typical B2B category are in market at any moment. A sales agency mostly works the 5%. An ABM program coordinates ads, content and outreach around a named account list. Sales agencies can support ABM, but that is not the same as being an ABM consultancy.

How we ranked these B2B sales agencies

I started with the firms Google ranks for "b2b sales agency" and the agencies ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers name when buyers ask for outsourced sales help. Then I checked each firm's own website and scored it on five things:

  1. Sales development depth. Is outsourced SDR or sales execution the core offer, or a side menu item?
  2. Channel mix. Phone, email, LinkedIn and whether those channels run as one program.
  3. Published proof. Case studies and numbers on its own site, attributed to the firm.
  4. Pricing transparency. Whether you can see a fee model before a sales call.
  5. Fit clarity. Who the agency says it is built for: SaaS, mid market, enterprise, public sector or industry niches.

A firm had to be a real agency with its own team and a clear outsourced sales offer. Pure software vendors, freelancer marketplaces and recruiting only firms did not qualify. DanishLeadCo did not load on check day, and Peak Sales Recruiting is a recruiting firm, so both were dropped.

1. frontBrick

frontBrick homepage
frontBrick homepage, captured 6 November 2026

frontBrick is the agency I run with Jovana. We are a small team of GTM engineers, and our view of outsourced sales is simple: decide which accounts and roles you want, enrich and clean that list in Clay, then run cold email and LinkedIn outreach so your closers only talk to people who fit. Our SDR agency work sits inside that system. When deals need more familiarity before the first conversation, our ABM program adds LinkedIn Ads aimed at the same accounts.

What we have published. For Hire with Jarvis, a staffing and recruiting firm, a 2.5 month cold email program reached 4,636 prospects, produced a 25.4% positive reply rate among responders, 35 enterprise opportunities and $700K in pipeline. For Prediction Guard, a four week GTM build connected research, outreach and handover and has since reached 70 interested LinkedIn leads. For Kolet, LinkedIn Ads, account signals and outreach produced $25.14M in influenced pipeline and $3.215M in influenced revenue over 15 months. The full stories are on our case studies page.

Pricing. Managed cold email or LinkedIn projects start at $3,000 per month (for example a 60 day cold email project at $6,000 total). Longer multichannel partnerships start at $4,500 per month with tools included. ABM with coordinated ads starts at $7,000 per month. Ad spend is agreed separately. Details are on our pricing page.

Best for: B2B SaaS, agencies and consulting firms with a clear ICP that want research, email and LinkedIn working from one list, and that judge success in meetings and pipeline.

Watch out for: we are not a 100 person SDR factory and we are not a phone first call center. If you need dozens of dials per hour across a large US desk, a firm built around that model will fit better.

2. Belkins

Belkins homepage
Belkins homepage, captured 6 November 2026

Belkins is one of the best known names in B2B outbound and appointment setting, and it positions itself as a full client acquisition partner rather than a single channel shop. Its programs combine omnichannel appointment setting, cold email, intent calling, voicemail, SMS or WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid ads, with a dedicated team that includes an account manager, SDRs, researchers, copywriters and email infrastructure specialists.

Published proof. Belkins says 1,000+ B2B companies trust it, that its growth solutions can increase pipeline by up to 45% at about a fourth of in house cost, that clients close 25% more deals with dream accounts, and that campaigns launch in 14 days with first appointments inside the next 30 days. Case studies on its site include examples such as 330 booked appointments in 15 months and 320+ appointments in 12 months.

Pricing. Not published.

Best for: B2B companies with complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles that want omnichannel appointment setting rather than email alone.

Disclosure: Belkins is stronger as an appointment setting and outbound engine than as a full AE replacement. If you need closers as well as setters, ask how far past the meeting its team goes.

3. SalesHive

SalesHive homepage
SalesHive homepage, captured 6 November 2026

SalesHive sells itself as a B2B sales agency that books qualified meetings with a real outbound team. The motion covers lead generation, list building, cold calling, cold email and appointment setting, run by US based SDRs plus a strategist, with SalesHive AI for research, drafting and reply handling. Its pricing page is one of the clearest in this category: flat monthly fee, no setup fees, no per meeting pricing, month to month or annual, and $0 until you approve launch.

Published proof. SalesHive reports 106K+ qualified meetings booked, 1,500+ client accounts launched and a 100% US based core SDR team. Case studies include a fleet maintenance software company with 564 meetings over about three years, an insurance agency with 596 meetings over nearly four years, and a healthcare services provider with 1,440 meetings over four years.

Pricing. Custom quoted flat monthly fee. Public plan shapes are Starter (phone only, one SDR, 100+ daily touches), Growth (phone plus email, one SDR, 250+ daily touches) and Crush (two SDRs). Offshore calling is offered as a separate option.

Best for: B2B teams that want a US based multichannel SDR pod on a predictable retainer and that care about seeing the fee model before the sales call.

4. CIENCE

CIENCE homepage
CIENCE homepage, captured 6 November 2026

CIENCE runs what it calls a People as a Service model: managed outbound and inbound SDR teams paired with a proprietary research and data layer. The menu is broad: outbound SDR, inbound SDR, scaled outbound, local SDR, inside sales, cold email, cold calling, appointment setting and fuller sales outsourcing. It also sells GTM setup work, including a forward deployed engineer style revenue system build.

Published proof. CIENCE maintains a case study library on its site and leans on research quality as the differentiator: verified contacts and accounts checked by humans before outreach starts. Dollar figures are attached to individual case studies rather than a single homepage headline.

Pricing. Not published on the homepage. A related "Programmable Revenue Blueprint" is described as one fixed price on a separate tenbound.com page.

Best for: companies that want a managed SDR team at volume and that care about the research layer under the outreach.

5. Callbox

Callbox homepage
Callbox homepage, captured 6 November 2026

Callbox is a long running B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency with coverage across North America, APAC and EMEA. Its pitch for 2026 is multichannel outreach that combines voice, email, LinkedIn and chat with intent based account targeting, plus separate offers for ABM, event follow up and market expansion with localized campaigns.

Published proof. Callbox publishes client stories on its site. One example it highlights is an AI technology firm that, after outsourcing lead generation, received 48 sales qualified appointments and 94 marketing qualified leads in three months. Another logistics case study reports 146 sales appointments over 12 months in the United States.

Pricing. Not published on the homepage.

Best for: B2B companies that need multichannel appointment setting across regions, especially when local language or market expansion is part of the brief.

Disclosure: Callbox also publishes its own ranking of top B2B sales development agencies, with itself at number one. Treat that as marketing, not an independent scorecard.

6. memoryBlue

memoryBlue homepage
memoryBlue homepage, captured 6 November 2026

memoryBlue calls itself an outsourced B2B sales agency and builds its brand around SDR development as much as campaign delivery. Services cover sales development, ADR and AE work, plus specialized public sector sales development from its DC Metro area base. Engagement models include fixed fee, pay for performance and hybrid.

Published proof. On its outsourced B2B sales agency page, memoryBlue reports $2bn+ pipeline created for clients in a year, 15 days average time to first meeting, 91% average meeting acceptance rate and 650+ SDRs in office receiving daily coaching.

Pricing. Model types are published (fixed fee, pay for performance, hybrid). Dollar amounts are not.

Best for: high tech companies that want a large trained SDR bench, and teams that may later hire those reps in house. Also a fit when public sector buying is part of the motion.

7. Punch!

Punch! homepage
Punch! homepage, captured 6 November 2026

Punch! brands itself as a smart B2B sales agency for mid market and enterprise pipeline. The offer splits into Human SDR (enterprise grade reps booking meetings), Agentic GTM (AI agents running multichannel outreach triggered by signals) and HotSauce (its buying signal layer). Onboarding is described as roughly 30 days versus 11+ months to build an in house team.

Published proof. Client quotes on the site include 71 opportunities and 50 initial meetings in 12 months, approximately 400+ qualified meetings in the UK since August 2024, 56 qualified meetings in the first quarter for one client, and an ABM program that engaged 90% of target accounts within eight months. Punch! also says clients typically receive 100+ qualified opportunities annually, with examples such as 56 sales opportunities in four months for Lumi and 200+ leads for Nutritics in seven months.

Pricing. Not published.

Best for: mid market and enterprise B2B brands that want signal informed SDR work and are comfortable with a longer partnership (Punch! recommends around 12 months).

8. Martal Group

Martal Group homepage
Martal Group homepage, captured 6 November 2026

Martal Group sells sales as a service for B2B organizations, with a strong skew to technology and SaaS. The homepage leads on an AI powered outbound engine backed by human sales executives: appointment setting, outbound and inbound lead generation, cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, sales training and fuller sales outsourcing through customer onboarding and account management tiers.

Published proof. Martal lists 200+ onshore sales executives, 15 years in business and thousands of qualified leads generated for customers. Its pricing page describes production funnel ranges by tier (for example Tier 1a outbound targets such as 20 to 30 qualified leads and 5 to 15 flipped leads in a sample month) rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Pricing. Tiered plans with "customize your pricing". No public dollar retainers on the pricing page checked on 6 November 2026.

Best for: tech and SaaS companies that want onshore sales executives and a path from lead generation into onboarding, not only meeting setting.

9. Leadium

Leadium homepage
Leadium homepage, captured 6 November 2026

Leadium sells B2B lead generation and sales appointments with a "there's a better way to sell" pitch aimed at founders and revenue leaders. Channels include outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, gifting and marketing events, with separate offers for appointment setting, data sourcing and inbound lead qualification.

Published proof. Leadium says it has lived through 97 clients being acquired, $4.2b in funding and over $1b in opportunity creation. Those are firm level claims about the client base, not a single campaign case study.

Pricing. Not a public rate card, but the homepage intake form asks which budget band you are strategizing around, from $2,500 to $3,500 up through above $10,000. That is a useful signal of the market it sells into even though it is not a published fee.

Best for: growth stage B2B teams that want appointment setting and outbound without building an internal SDR team first.

10. SalesRoads

SalesRoads homepage
SalesRoads homepage, captured 6 November 2026

SalesRoads is a US sales outsourcing company built around phone first outbound. Programs cover appointment setting, lead generation and SDR outsourcing, with outbound calling, outbound email and list building underneath. Every program is described as including dedicated SDRs, a client strategist, an SDR performance coach, an optimization specialist and a research and data team.

Published proof. SalesRoads publishes client results such as 937 appointments for AchieveIt and 298 appointments for Crewhu, and it highlights manufacturing, federal and SLED, SaaS and healthcare as industry lanes.

Pricing. Not published on the homepage.

Best for: North America B2B teams in industries where live conversation still drives the buying process, and leaders who want a phone heavy outsourced desk rather than email first outreach.

Pricing models for B2B sales agencies

Most buyers will see one of four fee shapes:

Model How it works Watch for
Flat monthly retainer One fee for the team, tools and agreed activity What "qualified meeting" means, and whether tools are included
Retainer plus per meeting Base fee plus a bounty for accepted meetings Disputes over show rate and qualification
Pay for performance You mostly pay for outcomes Volume pressure and softer qualification
Hybrid Retainer plus performance kicker Make sure both sides are written down

frontBrick publishes retainers from $3,000, $4,500 and $7,000 per month depending on scope. SalesHive publishes a flat monthly fee with named plan shapes and no per meeting pricing. memoryBlue and Martal publish model types or tiers without dollar amounts. Leadium's form implies budgets starting around $2,500 per month. Callbox's own industry guide puts most North America outsourced B2B sales development programs roughly in a $5,000 to $20,000 per month band; treat that as a market estimate from Callbox, not a price quote from every firm above.

When you compare quotes, separate people, tools, data and any per meeting fees. Ask who owns the domains, the lists and the CRM records when the contract ends. Salesforce's State of Sales research is a useful external benchmark for how sales teams themselves describe productivity and process gaps before you outsource.

How to choose a B2B sales agency

  1. Write down what a qualified meeting means. If your AEs and the agency disagree on this, the program will look busy and feel empty.
  2. Share your ICP and best customers first. A good agency builds lists from that, not from a generic database dump.
  3. Ask which channels they will actually run. Phone only, email only and multichannel programs produce different calendars.
  4. Ask for a real report. Look for meetings held, opportunities created and pipeline, not only dials and opens.
  5. Meet the people doing the work. Know who your strategist is and whether the SDRs are onshore, offshore or mixed.
  6. Check ramp time. Many programs need two to four weeks of setup before outreach, then several more weeks before meeting volume stabilizes.
  7. Read the exit terms. Notice period, data ownership and whether you can hire the reps later all matter.
  8. Decide what you will keep in house. Our guide to outsourced lead generation walks through the models if you want the wider make versus buy view, and our cold email agencies comparison covers the email first specialists.

If you want a neutral management view of how B2B buying and sales motions keep changing, Forrester's B2B marketing research and Harvard Business Review's sales topic hub are solid non competitor starting points.

FAQ

What does a B2B sales agency do?

A B2B sales agency runs outsourced sales development for your company: finding the right accounts and contacts, starting conversations by phone, email or LinkedIn, qualifying interest and booking meetings for your closers. Some firms stop at the meeting. Others offer fuller sales outsourcing that reaches into inside sales or AE support.

How much does a B2B sales agency cost?

It varies by scope and geography. frontBrick publishes outreach from $3,000 per month, longer partnerships from $4,500 per month and ABM from $7,000 per month. SalesHive sells flat monthly managed SDR plans. Many North America programs land somewhere between a few thousand and about $20,000 per month once you include people, data and tools. Always ask what is included and what is billed on top.

What is the difference between a sales agency and an appointment setting company?

Appointment setting is usually the narrow deliverable: research, outreach and a booked meeting. A B2B sales agency may offer that plus dedicated SDR pods, multichannel playbooks, coaching, CRM work and sometimes deeper sales outsourcing. In practice the labels overlap, which is why the fit questions matter more than the homepage title.

Is a B2B sales agency the same as an SDR agency?

Often yes. SDR agency, outsourced SDR and B2B sales agency are used interchangeably for partners that provide sales development reps and the system around them. Confirm whether you are buying meeting setting only or a broader sales motion.

How long before an outsourced sales program produces meetings?

Many agencies say setup takes about two to four weeks, with first meetings in the weeks after outreach starts. memoryBlue reports an average of 15 days to first meeting. Results still depend on ICP clarity, offer strength and how fast your AEs work the calendar.

Should I hire a B2B sales agency or build an in house SDR team?

Hire an agency when you need pipeline now, when hiring and managing SDRs would slow you down, or when you are testing a new market. Build in house when you already know the motion works and you want that knowledge inside the company. A common path is to run an agency for six to twelve months, document what works, then hire.

Which is the best B2B sales agency?

It depends on the job. frontBrick fits teams that want research led email and LinkedIn on a clear account list. SalesHive fits buyers who want US based multichannel SDRs on a flat fee. memoryBlue fits companies that want a large trained bench. SalesRoads fits phone first North America motions. Martal fits tech companies that want sales as a service beyond the first meeting.

Do B2B sales agencies replace account executives?

Usually no. Most programs feed qualified conversations to your AEs. A few firms offer AE services or fuller sales outsourcing, but that should be scoped explicitly. If your closers cannot work the meetings you buy, outsourcing the top of funnel will not fix revenue.
